Elle’s School Project – Aviator Mouse

Elle’s School Project – Aviator Mouse
April 27, 2017 Genevieve Hopkins

I was so touched to receive this message yesterday from my cousin about her 7 year old daughter Elle.

“Elle has a speaking program at school, she had a choice to either talk about a book, a movie or a game. She chose your book. I was hesitant about it as it’s above her reading level and she gets embarrassed if she stumbles when speaking in front of the class. She is only in grade 2 and not academic like her sisters were at this age, but there was no talking her out of it.”

Thanks for your support Elle, it looks like a great presentation! I can’t wait to send you the next book in the series, ‘Bianca: The Greatest Spy Mouse There Ever Was.” My illustrator is working on the illustrations now. Hopefully I’ll get it published in time for Christmas. You will be one of the first people to read it. Have a great Term 2.
